Hereditary farm since 1740
Our organic farm is as colorful and diverse as life itself. Old chicken breeds, rare mountain sheep, miniature piglets, mother cows with their calves, rabbits and cats, a pony and a donkey—all of them roam around here at the Ottingerhof and on the surrounding pastures, and in summer of course up on the alpine meadow.
Fresh vegetables and herbs in the garden, organic sprouts in our indoor farm, and ancient grains in the fields. Traditional farming in all its diversity, while keeping an eye on what’s new—that’s our organic farm.
For over 600 years our farm has been family-owned, and with God’s blessing we work to preserve and nurture nature and our fertile soils, so we can pass them on to the next generation.
