- Baby & toddler equipment on request: baby cot, high chair
- Free parking directly at the farm
- Wi-Fi and satellite TV
- 24-hour check-in available via key box at the entrance
- Bicycle garage available on request
- Tools & garden hose for bike repairs or washing available on request
- Heated ski room for ski equipment in winter
- Option to charge your electric car with an extension cable (for an additional fee)

- Fresh spring water from our own mountain source
- Local goodness: food directly from the farm and from Carinthian organic farmers is available in our honesty pantry
- Fresh, vitamin-rich organic microgreens from the farm are available free of charge for our guests on request
